I'm crying. Writing this, at the moment, even in my own household I'm scared, and I have no idea what to do. No matter how much vocabulary I can look up in the dictionary, none can describe in detail just how I feel. My teeth are chattering, lips gone cold and my hands are sweating. I was just put into a situation where I could not do anything at all, my heart pumping in it's most nervous rythym. I need help.
