Goodbye

To my dearest grandmother, I hope you’ve fulfilled your wonderful purpose in the presence of all your loved ones here, on Earth. I know that you’ve been suffering for too long now, and like mum, you’re such a strong person. Our whole family thanks you for being a significant figure in our lives and we’ll always continue to pray for you. At least now, we know that you’ll continue your life living in eternal peace with God and the grandfather whom I’ve never met, but you’ve loved so dearly. The last words I said to you 3 months ago was goodbye, and now I sincerely mean it. I wish you well Lola, rest in peace.
